Registration Fees

The payment of registration fee will be processed in Hong Kong Dollar. US Dollar is for reference only.

* Verification letter from your department in your hospital is required to qualify for the Resident or Trainee fee.
^# Verification letter or valid student identity card issued by qualified institution is required to be eligible for the student rate.

Method of Payment
Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by the following methods:

1. Visa, MasterCard
2. Alipay
3. Cheque in HKD (for local participants), payable to “International Conference Consultants Ltd”.
4. Bank Transfer (information will be provided upon successful registration)

 

Cancellation Policy
Please note that NO portion of any of the application fees shall be refundable under any circumstances for the Pre-Congress cadaveric course.

Cancellation of your Meeting registration should be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat via email at info@apss2024hk.org.

On or before 30 April 2024	50% of registration fee will be refunded.
After 30 April 2024 (including no-show in the Meeting)	No refund.

All refund will be processed after the Meeting.

 

Letter of Invitation
On request, the Secretariat will send a letter of invitation by email to participant to attend the Meeting. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participant to apply leave or travel arrangement / and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

 

Rules and Regulations

• Registrations are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
• Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
• Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you could not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Meeting Secretariat at info@apss2024hk.org.
• The programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Meeting, the only and maximum liability of the Organizer is to refund all the fees paid.
• The decision of the Organizer shall be final and conclusive.
• All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat.
